Au début, des WC chimiques, puis un sanibroyeur, la fosse septique est arrivée beaucoup plus tard en 2015. Avec cette fosse, une ouverture a pu être faite vers le jardin avec une terrasse sur-élevée. Les sapins fragilisés par les tempêtes ont été coupés en 2016. Le pôteau EDF a été retiré du jardin en 2017 et l'abri-bois a été rénové.

At the outset there was a chemical toilet, this was later replaced by a 'sanibroyeur'( a toilet with an electric pump that compresses waste). In 2015, a septic tank was installed, this made the construction of an elevated terrace in the garden possible. In 2016, large Fir trees, that over the years had become weakened by storms, were felled. In 2017 the EDF pylon was removed from the garden, and the wood store was renovated.
