Tout d'abord, c'était des WC chimiques qu'il fallait vider au fond du jardin, puis des WC avec un sanibroyeur. L'évacuation se faisait depuis la cave vers le fossé. Le conduit était souvent bouché, avec l'eau calcaire. Il fallait utiliser un nettoyeur haute pression avec un flexible de 10 mètres. Finalement, après l'installation de la fosse septique, les WC sont devenus normaux. Quant à la décoration, les images parlent d'elles-mêmes !

At the outset there was a chemical toilet that had to be emptied at the bottom of the garden. Later a sanibroyeur ( a toilet with an electric pump that compresses waste) that discharged via pipes in the cellar to a drainage ditch. The pipes were often clogged by limestone deposits and it was necessary to clear them with a pressure washer and a 10 metre hose. Finally, after the septic tank was installed, the toilet is modern.
