Chervil is a herb and is an annual plant of the umbelliferae family like the carrot

ROTATION

It is grown in the root vegetable or leaf  vegetable bed.

CULTIVATION

The seeds are sown in a nursery bed in April for planting out in June during a waning crescent moon.

It imparts a bad taste to the radish but goes well with lettuce.

Mildew and rust are the principal diseases.

Sow chervil in half-shade.
