CULTIVATIONThe root clumps are planted in March and April during a waning crescent moon. It can also be planted just to early autumn.

DISEASES AND PARASITESMildew, but it doesn't stop good root developpment.
ADVICEThe root when grated can replace mustard in salads. When pureed it can be used to accompany roasts and cold meats. |
