CHINESE CABBAGE (Brassica pekinensis)

Chinese cabbage or "Pé tsaï" is an annual vegetable from the cruciferae family

ROTATION It is grown in the leaf vegetable bed. CULTIVATION Sow in place in July during a waning crescent moon. NEIGHBOURING PLANTS Avoid other cabbages. DISEASES AND PARASITES Flea beetles, cabbage butterflies and slugs. ADVICE The "Pé tsaï" doesn't occupy the land for a long time,  it's harvested at the first frosts.
