La Maison The House

Cette ancienne fermette a été achetée en 1993 pour 155 000 Francs. Elle a été construite en 1868 mais la maison d'habitation a été ajoutée par la suite. La grange à porteau est caractéristique de cette région. Le toit en ardoises a été refait en 2002. Plus récemment, les portes et les fenêtres ont été remplacées.

This old farmhouse was purchased in 1993 for 155,000 Francs. The barn was built in 1868, the house is a later addition. The barn with its 'porteau' ( a large extension built out from the barn, it has storage above and to either side ) is typical of this region and is authentic. The slate roof of the farm was renovated in 2002. More recently the doors and windows of the house have been changed.
